Due to our missed meeting on Tuesday, here is the information I wanted to share with Detective Winter to help aid him to capture the person who tried to murder me.
Tammy Sweeden shot me on the morning of May 14, 2012.
- Â I was sitting at computer working on the night of May 13, 2012.
- Tammy came downstairs and walked into kitchen. She walked over to hand me a glass of tea.  It was almost midnight. Tammy was wearing orange shorts and a white top.
- Tammy says good night and starts to climb stairs. Tammy stopped and looked around at me. She asked why I was looking at her like that. I didn’t respond.
-  I stood up. I felt dizzy. I sat down on the couch.  I remember sitting there and feeling very strange. I fell asleep sitting up.
- I felt something bump my leg. I saw Tammy standing in front of me. She is leaning towards me. I feel a hard object pointing me in the chest. I thought it was her finger or hand. I raised my hand to hold her hand and felt the hard object, then I heard a loud bang. I passed out.
- I woke up lying on the couch because I felt cold.  I see Tammy in the kitchen packing something in a sack. She yells at me. She says you’re alive! I notice blood and get really confused and feel sicker and very weak.
-  I go into my bedroom, just around the corner. I’m scared because of the blood everywhere. I shut the door and grab my gun. I take off my shirt. I remember falling onto the bed and nothing after that – I pass out.
- Tammy never got a chance to get the cash that was in my bedroom because she knew I was inside my bedroom with a gun and never knew I had passed out again.
-  I must have interrupted her from packing and taking everything, like her clothes because the police said she came back the next day and got all of her things. She never came to the hospital to see me – She used to call me her Best Friend. Instead she left town.
-  She got the lock box with the gold/silver and drove away. In my opinion, she already had my company cell phone, computer air-card and all my suit cases.
- After the ambulance picked me up, John and Tammy came directly to my house to pack up her things, however police would not allow them to enter my house all day or evening. John and Tammy returned early the next day. They packed all of Tammy’s stuff. John gave Tammy $70 cash to leave town.
- Tammy persuaded me to write the letter and email it to John. The letter was on Tammy’s computer desk top screen, she knew the police would see it and read it immediately.
- In my opinion Tammy’s original plan was to blame John for my murder. Tammy despised John. She never liked him.  However, he never knew it. John bought her story hook line and sinker about how frightened she was of me.  So did the police.
- Because she saw that I was still alive, she was forced to change her story. In my opinion, she quickly left the house with the gold/silver and drove to John’s house to quickly establish her alibi. This is why she did not take her clothes.
- She made up the dramatic story of me running around the house with a gun and hurries out of the house because she’s frightened of me. Plus she makes up the story that I told her I was going to kill myself.
- Tammy quickly sells the story that I’m a raving lunatic waving a gun and tells John and police I intended on killing myself. Tammy is interviewed as a frightened woman. Tammy leaves town with a small safe full of gold/silver.  Tammy is one happy woman.
Tammy Sweeden attempted to murder me and she stole my entire life-savings and retirement funds. Tammy accidently missed my heart or I would be dead. It’s considered a KILL shot.
Please arrest Tammay Sweeden for my attempted murder and recover my life-savings. Please do the right thing.
