James Bensley is the former police chief of police for the Garden City Police Department in Idaho. Below is his MUG shot after he was arrested for a DUI.
James Bensley also sued his own police department on an unrelated matter and collect thousands of dollars. Many people say this is ONE corrupt man.
This man and his minions (while he was chief) stole over $3,000 worth of personal property from my house while I was in the hospital.
He’s a drunk. It’s obvious he thinks he was above the law, however, I’m grateful the LAW (this time) prevailed. The law did not prevail for me.  James Bensley scammed me.  This is ONE dishonest lying man.

I believe I talked with him once on the phone and his behavior was so bizarre that I thought he was drunk.
He said some crazy stuff.  This is the chief of police of Garden City who ransacked my home and removed over $3,000 worth of personal items and would not return them. I had to wait 5 years!!!
It’s a sad day that a man like this actually was one of the highest paid police officers in the state of Idaho. It’s unbelievable. We must VET our police departments and makes sure that drunks and drug addicts are not part of the American police force.
