Dear James –

You, Chief James Bensley and your minions removed items from my home valued at over $2,000. It’s going on three years. He will not return my items. On May 14, 2012, I was shot in the chest and robbed of my retirement fund. I was shot by someone I trusted. It was on your authority, James Bensley, to allow this dangerous psychopath to leave town with my “life” and for the attempted murder of me.

While I was in the hospital enduring painful lung surgery – your officers ransacked my home and removed personal and legal items. Many of the items were firearms. Some were heirlooms from my deceased father. I filled out all the required paper-work and had documents notarized as you requested. However, you still refuse to return my items. Why? Some people call this legalized THEFT.

As you are fully aware – I passed an extensive background check for owning legal firearms and includes shotguns, rifles and hand guns that you took from me and are holding. I hope these guns are not setting in your own personal gun cabinet or given as gifts to your minions. Let’s hope this is not true – You’re welcome to prove I’m wrong by returning my property.

James – I want the items you removed from my home. They are personal and legal items. OVER $2,000! If you want to keep the items for yourself – then send me a check!
