Landlord Warns Other “Landlords” About Tammy Sweeden “Reineri”.

Every since I started this blog to warn others about Tammy Sweeden Reineri and others like her, I get all types of volunteers who provide information about Tammay Louise Sweeden.  (Tammy)  Her married name is “Reineri”.     We keep some comments confidential and only available for our legal counsel or authorities.

If you’re a first time reader of my blog . . . Long story short is;  Tammy Sweeden Reineri – drugged me, shot me in the chest and stole my lifesavings.  This is an OPEN CASE of Attempted Murder.  Why did Tammy Sweeden want me dead?

Today we received a message from a past Landlord of Tammy Sweeden.  He enthusiastically provided permission to post his message (in part).  I think it’s great this landlord has stepped up to warn other landlords about Tammy Sweeden “Reineri”.   Tammy Sweeden Cheats Landlord.

Landlord warns others – 
Tammy Sweeden “‘Reineri” was a tenant of mine. I owned a townhome that was in perfect condition at the time she leased it from me.  She stopped paying rent one month, begged me to allow her to apply her security deposit for the month, then stayed into the next month, with no deposit.  She left my place a disaster, reeking of cigarette smoke.  She still owes me around $4k for lost rent, and damage to my property.
