ARRESTED FOR DUI – Mug Shot!  Dec 15, 2015

James Bensley is the man who removed over $3,000 worth of items from my home and NEVER returned them!  This is called THEFT.  He and his minions stole rifles, shotguns and hand guns, plus many other things of value. This corrupt man and his minions even stole family heirlooms!  I’ve always said, this is a corrupt man in my opinion,  I believe he’s a thief and never to be trusted. I’ve said this many times during the past few years and I’ll say again.  I’ve said this since the day my incident happened.

This is the man who is responsible for Tammy Sweeden’s freedom – after Tammay Louise Sweeden tried to murder me and stole my life-savings, James Bensley and a young ambitious, but incompetent city attorney – let her go! They never even took Tammy Sweeden’s finger prints or a liar detector test…they just let her go.

When Tammay Louise Sweeden shot me in the chest, stole my life savings and left me to die – James Bensley, the drunk and  incompetent  man in the above photo graph was the CHIEF OF POLICE who allowed Tammy Sweeden to leave town.

During the time of my incident … Was he just  incompetent? Retarded? Stupid? Ignorant? Drunk? or is he CORRUPT?  Was he paid off?  Maybe!  This is why I‘ve always questioned this man’s character, his integrity and his honor.  This man has proved to me and has confirmed without a doubt, he’s not of moral character and he’s is a thief and is absolutely CORRUPT.

Here’s another Garden City Cop – close friend of James Bensely.  Also busted for a DUI.

The above is ANOTHER CORRUPT COP who directly influenced my situation back in 2012.

I called this guy from the hospital only (48) hours after I was shot. ( Lt. Compton) I told him not to allow Tammy Sweeden back into my home because I feared she would steal my valuables inside. He said – nothing he could do about it and “giggled”. Now, we hear he’s nothing but a drunk. He finally was caught driving “drunk” and arrested for DUI and is forced to resign from the police department in order to keep from showing the “true” colors of the Garden City Police department. He was arrested for DUI by the Meridian Police.

This man was part of the Garden City Police Department who released Tammy Sweeden Reineri after she shot me and robbed me of my life-savings. Plus he was one of the police officers who ransacked my home and took over $3,000 worth of valuables from my home and never released them back to me. Do you smell CORRUPTION among this unsavory group of men who run the Garden City Police Department in Idaho?
