While I was laying in the hospital – Chief James Bensley and his minions helped themselves to my home and removed 26 items (personal and legal) and will not return them. Why? They provide no answers. Many items were heirlooms from my deceased father.

Question: Is the Garden City Police Department Above the LAW? Do We Live in a Police State?

After discussing my situation with other residents of Garden City, Idaho, I know I’m not alone in my thoughts.

Everyone I talked with have voiced a disgusting opinion of the Garden City Police department and they also said they had NO trust in the police department and do not feel the police has any desire to Protect and Serve.

Since the time of the removal of my personal and legal items from my home by Chief James Bensley and his minions – the value of the items have increased to about $3,000.

The half hidden “smirk” on Chief James Bensley’s face pretty well tells you – he thinks he’s better than you, smarter than you and he believes he can do pretty much whatever he feels like doing to the people who pay his salary. Does James believe he’s the little king of his one square mile kingdom? Time will tell.

Is it possible Chief James Bensley is running a racket of stealing from the very residents who pay his salary? Is he cleverly using his “authority” for self gain? If so, then this is criminal and if James Bensley is a thief then he should be in jail. Don’t you agree?

All eyes are on this man. Is he corrupt? One thing is for sure, he’s NOT a man of his word and he’s a liar.
